Dermaplaning Dermaplaning is an excellent alternative or a complimentary treatment to microdermabrasion and chemical peels. It is a gentle form of manual exfoliation of the skin . . . a skin resurfacing treatment utilizing a special blade, in featherlike strokes, gently removing the top layers of dead skin cells. This exfoliation treatment encourages the skin to regenerate new skin cells, allows for better penetration and absorption of serums, vitamins and skincare products, and can also be used to prep the skin for other skin care treatments, such as chemical peels, optimizing your results.
